Was given a Harry Josh blow dryer from a friend that was missing this part. I have only used it at home since I didn’t want to bring it to the shop without a cover. I asked the team for assistance to verify whether I got the real thing or not and though they initially responded, they did not follow up after I sent them pictures. I bought the part anyway and was pleased to find out that it matched my blow dryer. Waiting for my diffuser to arrive and then I’ll finally have the chance to use it on the floor.
Easy to navigate the website and order.
Very pleased to receive my Harry Josh hairdryer replacement filter cap.
I initially found the Harry Josh new website for orders before it was fully operational and was advised I would be contacted when it was ready to take my order. I was extremely pleased that this contact did occur and I was able to place my order and receive updates on its delivery.
